After endless frustration with trying to script my blog template to display my own custom graphics, i've given up and switched to a more conservative template. Maybe if I can get some help deciphering the webpage code I will play around with the look again.

I find that installing Firefox with development utilities helps. Under the Tools menu you will find the "DOM Inspector".
It's also fun to play with to find out how others have put their pages together.
