Latest updates: Jenny and I are still looking for a house. For those of you not up on the hellish experience thus far, we are currently 0 for 5 on our bids. Apparently entry level homes are an insanely competitive market in Salt Lake. Here's our most recent prospect, which we should hear back on by 5:00 today:
Pretty cool, huh? The land is huge: .27 acres. We offered $222,000 net, which should be everything they want. If we don't get it, I must conclude that these people are stupid.
Aside from that, i'm trying to slog my way through music theory 101 in a bid to improve my basic guitar skills. Scales are killing me. Is there really anything wrong with just writing everything in C Major?
