Latest Dating (real estate) News

This post is just to confirm what we in the Salt Lake County housing market have known for some time: real estate is bloody expensive. The image at right is a "heat map" from Trulia.com illustrating the range of average listing prices across the county. What amazes me is that Sandy does not have the highest prices. This map is divided by Zip code, and you can see Sandy's three zip codes are between $290k and $451k. It's apparently the extreme east and south that shelters the overall highest average prices. Not surprisingly the scarier neighborhoods in North and West Salt Lake are the cheapest. The area we are looking primarily is in West Jordan, in the yellow area.

Damn, you are metaphorically funny ( did I spell that right?)
Let's think of another house hunting that does not compare itself to dating...less ego flatening that way. More like invading a country, or a reality show. Something that gives YOU more power.

I have a friend who, instead of seeing rejection or criticism always says "Well, they can kiss my ass." Note that the power goes back to him, and rejects the rejector. Work on it, I think you and Jenny will feel better.

By the way, I LOVE your idea that we spoke of last night; your plans to rule the world with compassion.
